Thanks for sharing. Indeed very surprising that elephants are able to cross that canal. My wife and I were on the same stretch barely a couple of weeks ago when we stayed at the GMVN Tourist Resort. Infact we did day return trip to Pauri from the resort via Garudchatti. It was dark on our way back, however fortunately we did not face any adverse situation as you faced.

Sir road pr elephant k foot marks clearly visible hai kyuki wo nahar se nikal k aaya tha. Aap unka use kr k andaza laga sakte the k kidhar se wo jungle me ghusa h. Jaha apko laga waha se 20-25mtr pehle hi jungle me ghus gaya tha elephant. Well thank god you are safe

Vivek bhai zabardast and adventures video hai... Meri 2018 ki ek yaad issi road ki tazaa ho gai. Mere peeche nhi ek baar poora elephant group pada tha.. Us me ek bahut badaa tusker bhi tha... I was on my bike, ek dum se road par elephant aa gaye.. Mujhe kuch mint rukna pada.. I was leading my bikers group... Maine sab ko isharey se rukne ko kaha,,,, kuch deer baad jab sab hathi jungle me return ho gaye tab maine, apne group ko aage nikalne ko kaha,, for security reasons mai peeche ruk gaya kyoki raat thi aur jungle ke ander se hathiyo ke chingjarne ki awaaz aa rahi thi.. Jab 6 bikers aagey nikal gaye tab sirf 10 meters ki doori par , ek dum se ek tusker mere bike par attack karne ke leya aaya tha,, but meri bike pikup me bahut powerful hai iss leye high speed me maine uss cross kar leya tha.... Lekin kasam se uss din ko yaad kar ke aaj bhi goosebumps aa jaate hai...
