रुद्र प्रयाग का आदमखोर जहां मारा था Jim Corbett ने । Place Where Rudra Prayag Man Eater was shot 

Beginning from 1918ce to May 2, 1926ce, the Rudraprayag man eating Leopard 🐆 killed 125 people. Jim Corbett migrated to Nyeri, Kenya in 1947 and died there on April 19, 1955 aged 79 years. He was buried in Nyeri Kenya. May Jim Corbett rest in peace.

I was here at this spot in Jan 2015 ..The Machan was there on this mango tree and This building was no where to be seen ..The spot where the leopard was shot was in a clear view from the Machan ..This memorial has actually destroyed the natural beauty of the actual spot ..Very Sad 😢 ..But Thanks so much for the effort ❤️

Awasthi ji ! Once again you nailed it. In detailed your vlog of exact point of killing of man eating leopard of Rudraprayaag and jim corbett`s museum and that mango tree was superb. You know what ? I tell you my story about this .............................. The first man eating story book of my life was in urdu (Rudraprayaag ka Adamkhor) (The Man Eater of Rudraprayaag). It's about 30 35 years back when I was just 12 13 years old kid. At that time when I was reading that book, I used to feel that I m jim corbett and I dreamed of it that I'm hunting that man eating leopard. It was so fascinating and from that time I started to read more books of man eaters.

It's a pity the authorities aren't doing anything for preservation of this landmark mango tree. I am also your subscriber and greatly relish your narratives.Just one rejoinder... Jim Corbett sat for 11 consecutive nights on the Machan on the mango tree and shot the leopard on the 11th night.

This village is called 'Golabrai' (now spelled 'Gulabrai') where Sir Jim killed this leopard..I have been a huge fan of Sir Jim and have read all his books
