Episode contains healthy recipes for nourishment of Shukra dhatu.
1) उड़द दाल खीर
2) सिंघाड़ा खीर
1 cup black gram dal उड़द - roast in preferably iron skillet on low flame till it turns golden brown.
Grind to fine flour when cool.
Store the flour for future use in steel or glass container.
Udad dal kheer -
Heat the pot
Add 1-1.5 tsp of Ayurvedic home made ghee
Add 1 tea spoon of udad flour
Roast for 1-1.5 min on slow flame
Add 1-1.5 cups of cow’s hot milk
Stir continuously. Bring to boil.
Once cooked add powdered rock sugar as per taste. Or Santulan’s Amrutshatakara for better effect.
Let it cool and enjoy at breakfast time.
For water chestnuts kheer सिंघाड़ा
Heat the pot
Add 1 tsp of Ayurvedic home made ghee
Add 1 tea spoon of Singhada flour (available in the market)
Roast for 30 sec on slow flame
Add 1-1.5 cups of cow’s hot milk
Stir continuously. Bring to boil.
Once cooked add powdered rock sugar as per taste. Or Santulan’s Amrutshatakara for better effect.
Let it cool and enjoy at breakfast time.
Tip- one can use normal sugar in absence of rock sugar , buffalos’s ghee in absence of cow’s milk. The effect will change to some extent.
