मैम मैं दिल्ली के एक बड़े से गांव से हूँ । बात काफी पुरानी है लगभग 35 साल । मैं और एक साथी पुष्कर से 16 किलो मीटर आगे एक गांव था ,नाम तो अब याद नहीं है । रात को उस गांव के सरपंच के घर रुके थे । उसने जो हमें रोटी खिलाई वो हमेशा याद रहेगी । वो रोटियां गेहूं या बाजरे की तो थी नहीं । रोटी की मोटाई आधा इंच के लगभग थी ,चौड़ाई बड़ा सा बेला था , उसके बराबर की और सख्त इतनी की उसके टूक भी ताकत से तोड़ने पड़ रहे थे । साथ मे कैर का मोटा मोटा अचार जिसमें खूब मिर्चें । बस मुझ से तो आधी ही रोटी खाई गई साथी ने तो 2 रोटियां खा ली थी । मैं उन रोटियों को कभी नही भूल सकता ।
