प्रमुख 20 संकल्प
1. सभी महिलाओं को लाडो लक्ष्मी योजना के तहत प्रतिमाह ₹2,100
2. सभी ओबीसी वर्ग के उद्यमियों की, मुद्रा योजना के अतिरिक्त, 25 लाख रुपये तक के ऋण की गारंटी हरियाणा राज्य सरकार उठाएगी
3. IMT खरखौदा की तर्ज पर 10 औद्योगिक शहरों का निर्माण। प्रति शहर 50,000 स्थानीय युवाओं को नौकरी देने के लिए उद्यमियों को विशेष प्रोत्साहन
4. भारत के किसी भी सरकारी कॉलेज से मेडिकल और इंजीनियरिंग पढ़ने वाले ओबीसी एवं एससी जातियों के हरियाणा के विद्यार्थियों को पूर्ण छात्रवृत्ति
5. DA और पेंशनों को जोड़ने वाले साइंटिफिक फॉर्मूले के आधार पर सभी सामाजिक मासिक पेंशनों में वृद्धि
6. भारत सरकार के सहयोग से विभिन्न रैपिड रेल सेवाओं एवं फरीदाबाद से गुरुग्राम के बीच इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस मेट्रो सेवा की शुरुआत
7. भारत सरकार के सहयोग से केएमपी के ऑर्बिटल रेल कॉरिडोर का निर्माण एवं नई वंदे भारत ट्रेनों की शुरुआत
8. अव्वल बालिका योजना के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में कॉलेज जाने वाली प्रत्येक छात्रा को स्कूटर
9. हर घर गृहणी योजना तहत ₹500 में सिलेंडर
