ingredients _milk 11/2 litre
lauki Bottle Gourd 1kg
sugar 1/4 cup
ghee _2tsp
green cardamom 4 crushed
decorations _ almond cashew resin pistachio
procedure-------
boil milk to 3/4 th part
take a Bottle Gourd...peel it and grate it.sqeeze water from grated Bottle Gourd. place pan on gas.add grated Bottle Gourd and milk.boil it.on medium flame stir mixture continuously. till it dried up.add sugar and ghee.stir it .add crushed green cardamom. stir it.when it dried up .halwa is ready. decorate it with dry fruits. enjoy delicious desert!
