Tim Gurung is a Nepali author and former British Gorkha soldier. After serving in the British Army for 20 years and running a successful business in Hong Kong, he transitioned to full-time writing in 2015, shortly before his 50th birthday.
Since then, he has developed his writing career from the ground up, publishing twelve novels and non-fiction works focused on Gorkhali issues. His notable books include Ayo Gorkhali: A History of the Gurkhas, The Gorkha Grief, The Namaste Club, among others.
