@@MSudha-tq6fw take Ayurveda treatment .. uveatis will cure in 2-3 years of continuous treatment but patient has to follow strict Ayurveda diet .... Ayurveda is only way to get rid from this . I was also taken allopathy treatment but my condition got worst over time

उस 16 घंटे के उपवास को ही आजकल intimeted fasting कहते हैं और मैं खुद 16 घंटे का उपवास करता हुँ मैं रात को 8 बजे खाना खाता हुँ और अगले दिन 1 बजे के आसपास लंच करता हुँ चाय पीता हूँ और इससे मैने बहुत सी सामान्य बीमारियों को खत्म किया मानो या ना मानो लेकिन सिर्फ 4 दिन करके देखना और हां मीठा कम और तेलीय कम ताकी गैस ना बने।।
