Ma'am, hatsoff to you. What a variety of dishes that too soooo yummy in a very short period i think. Basundi can be prepared in this way, i really didn't know. It's my favorite. All the each and every dish is super that too without onion and garlic. One doubt, what can be used instead of gurgutti masala in bittergourd recipe since we can't get that masala here. Very very yummy 😋 But one thing I wud like to mention is that कोशिंबीर u made is not that suitable for diet purpose coz u added' sugar 'n 'Fried 'nuts. U can replace them with Lil bit of honey or boiled sweet potatoes And roasted nuts instead of fried ones.😊 Otherwise entire recipe is awesome 👌
