Member of parliament is a post which represents a major part of voters. It is a responsible post . Any individual who holds this post must achieve and maintain minimum level of decency and national culture. He or she must be aware about scope and limitations of the post. One must be understand that every word uttered in parliament session is weighed and heard and recorded with due respect. The respect about about the post, the parliament, pious concept of democracy. Even the criticism must have minimum decency and discipline. Every part must ensure , while selecting candidate, that he is aware and capable enough to maintain standard of parliament and it's practices. In fact it should be a litmus test for any individual for selection as prospective candidate as an MP.
