इस सूक्ष्म शरीर को ही life energy, जीवन शक्ति भी कहा जाता है ।
आत्मा और शरीर के बीच की कड़ी को जोड़ने का काम ये सूक्ष्म शरीर करता है । Interaction का साधन है ये सूक्ष्म शरीर ।
क्या बाद में आने वाले भी फ़रिश्ता बन पाएँगे ?

2. फ़रिश्ता सम्पूर्ण पवित्र होता है ।
3. फ़रिश्ते योगयुक्त होते हैं ।
4. फ़रिश्ते उपराम, संसार के आकर्षण से परे रहते हैं ।
5. फ़रिश्ते सभी से निस्वार्थ प्रेम रखते हैं और उनका चित्त सभी के लिए शुभ भावनाओं से भरा रहता है ।
यदि हम ये स्वीकार कर लें, इस शरीर में मैं फ़रिश्ता हूँ तो फ़रिश्तेपन की सभी qualities हमारे अंदर आने लगेगी, हम बहुत हलके होने लगेंगे, हमारे जीवन में पवित्रता तेजी से emerge होने लगेगी ।
