20 min matlab 1200 seconds usme 150 sanse matlab 8 sec me ek saans. Ye to medium saanse hui na? Na lambi na choti. Kya ye kafi hai dhyan me jaane ke liye? Patanjali yog sutra ke anusar dhan kisi vastu par karte hai. Saanso par dhyan kabhi suna nai. Kripya kuch batayie iske bare me.

Dhayan karne ke kai prakaar hain. Agar kisi bahar ki wastu par dhayan karege to apne ander parwesh karne main thora time lagega kyoki hum apna dhayan bahar kinkisi wastu pe laga rahe hain. Saanso pe dhayan karne se hum apne ander jaldi parwesh pa sakte hain.

Mujhe dhyan mai kuch bhi nhi dikhta.. Jbki mera bahut mann krta hai dhyan krne ka...30 minute tk krti hu..jyada mai per bahut dard krne lgte hai...or becheni hone lgti hai bahut...... Mujhe dhyan mai kuch bhi kyu nahi dikhhta... Mai subah 3 bje uth kr bhi dhyan krti hu. ...Om ka jaap bhi krti hu. Sare din mai kitni baar dhyan krne beth jati hu...pr mujhe kuch bhi nahi dikha ajtk dhyan mai. .. Plss bataye mai kya kru....

Aap kuch dekhne ke lite dhayan mat karo. Bina kisi icha ke dhayan karo. Aur koi guru dhundo.

Me 30-40 seconds tk saans rok skta hu aisa krna sahi rahega? And sara din kush bhi krte waqt kya apni saanso pe dhyan rakhna sahi hai? Har saans pe dhyan dena saans bilkul dheere dheere lena rok kr rakhna har waqt yhi krte rehna sahi hai?

Yeh sahi bhi hai aur gaat bhi aap jahan rehte hain wahi pe koi guru find karo. Aap is adyatmik safar main jaldi tarakki karege. 🙏🏻

हम व्यायम करते है तब हमारी साँसे ज्यादा रहती है क्या काम करने से सांस कब लेंगे हमतो मर हि जाते इसलिए सांस तो लबी लेनी हि पड़ेगी।। इसमे आपका क्या राय है बतावो ना मुझे । मुझे तो ए हि नही समज आता।

10 minute ka dhyaan kitne din karna chahiye? 15 minute ka Kab shuru karna chahiye? 20 minute ka Kab?

10 mins se start karo. Jab 10 mins ka pakka ho jaye to increase karte jao. Har dharam ke anusaar hume apne time ka 10% time dhayan ke liye nikalna chahiye jo ke 2.5 hrs a day bante hain. Regards 🙏🏻

Find a guru. Where there is will there is way. Jab tak nahi milta guru tab tak bas chup kar ke eyes close kar ke bas baith jao.

Me 44 second sase ko rokh sakti hun. 10 minute me 15 bar/ 20 bar sase rokhke Lesakta hun . Because me pranayam or yoga Kari hun. Muje dhan me khichab ane lagta han or sorir hilne lagte hai or kavi kavi heart me vibration hote han or mere sase khich ke nikaljate han , e sob to hota han but majhe nehi Pata e sob somadhi han ki nehi. Mene saso ko rakh ke dhain kavi nehi kiya .

Main jab dhyan karne baitha tab mujhe apne sar me jhingur ki awaj aai. Aur jabtak karta raha tab tak yah awaj aati rahi Samajh nahi kya karu Sahi ho raha hai ya galat Keipya magrdarshan karen
