Preparing time-10 minutes
Soaking time-3 hours
Cooking time- 5-7 minutes
Serving - 4-5 persons

Sabudana- 1 cup
Potato- 3 medium
Roasted peanut- 1/2 cup
Ginger-2 inch
Green coriander- 3-4 tbsp
Green chili-2 medium
Sendha salt- to taste
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 medium
Sugar-1/ 2tsp
Oil for deep frying
Anardana- 1 tsp

Chef.. Either you have borrowed my thaali or I have borrowed your thaali for soaking sabudana... I always soak in the same thaali... my daughter enjoys making round tyres.. its too delicious.. I can't wait to taste.. tomorrow I will prepare wada instead its khichadi... thanks for recipe..

Good video and very well explained 👍🙂 but authentic recipe doesn't have lemon juice, ginger, anardana, black pepper and sugar. Sabudana vada is served with flavour dahi(salt, sugar, red chilli powder, salt, roasted and crushed peanut (peanut is optional)).

Make sabudana wada as much flat, as much u can. Keep oil to boil & mix up sabudana wada mixture that time & send for deep fry. Don't keep mixture ready before u boil oil.
