mene bhais ke full fat dhudh se rasgulla banane ki koshish ki, to vo kadhai me dalte hi thodi der me phut gaya. to aisa kyu hua? Aur balls banate time uname crack bhi nahi tha😕.

Your recipe is perfect. But i have a question...which milk should we use? Also should we use previously boiled milk ( from which malai has seperated) or fresh milk? I used fresh milk and the end there were some oil droplets in the syrup. Could you shed some light in this?
