Dr. Subramanian Swamy is an intellectual, think tank, scholar, Harvardian, what not. In this ripe age of 84 years, he is arguing with intellectual mind before this Judicial Forum, in the matter of public interest. This country requires Dr. Swami's service and advice, eternally.

Just to educate: 1. VVPAT was brought in by election commission on his intervention. 2. GSTN (not GST) was brought in by bjp after he threatened to go to court. Previously all income tax funds and tax payer details were planned to be deposited in foreign owned banks by Arun Jaitley. Swami complained how Indian taxpayers details can be given to a foreign bank. The bank also earns interest on all income tax deposits. After his threats GSTN was introduced and now tax funds are with Indian banks. Nation has to be indebted to him. 3. Kailash Manasarovar route was opened for pilgrims after swami met Chinese president, he was the first to make the trip. 4. He was given cabinet minister status by Narasimha Rao government even though he was in the opposition draw the blue print for liberalisation and Manmohan Singh was FM. 4. He put Jayalalita in jail. 5. He has made Sonia & Rahul take bail in National herald case, which the BJP is stalling by changing judges at final hearing, so case has to start afresh with a new judge. 6. He put a case to cancel all 2G license given by A Raja and made the auction of 2G spectrum. 7. He has put a PIL on Rahul GandhiBritish citizenship issue. 8. His PIL enabled daily hearing in Ram janma bhoomi case. 9. He sent corrupt P Chidambaram to jail. 10. He brought down Vajpayee govt bcoz they did not keep their promise to him. 11. He has filed a PIL to remove “ secular “ from the constitution preamble.

So emergency is illegal under the constitution & changing the constitution which is suspended during emergency is illegal. Hindus are secular in nature. It’s the Hindus who have become Christian, Muslim etc by conversion either by Talwar 🗡️ or rice bags, and they live alongside Hindus. Can you imagine this in a Muslim country, will they allow a Hindu to thrive or be their president, army chief, judge etc? A Christian and Muslim is employed by the government in administering Hindu temples, even today in kerala, Andhra, TN, Karnataka etc. can you imagine this in a church/ mosque etc. Secularism is only for Hindus??? Secularism in the western idea was state has no religion . In India, state has my minority laws, Hindu marriage/property act, Muslim marriage act , Christian institution laws, WAQAF board politics parties for Muslims, akalis- Sikh only parties… these are not secular. Is this the secularism you want??

The punishment given for Indians possessing another country citizenship is just 3 moths and a meager fine of Rs.5000.For a person like Rahul Gandhi who has been cheating for more than 2 decades or more the punishment should be severe and the fine should be in millions of rupees

@@sriranga1000 The financial punishment is important, and it has to be the same for everybody. The more important thing is that they should satisfy the Constitutional requirement of not holding another country's citizenship to contest for office.

On cases like corruption, basic human rights, one can argue in the court. One need not be lawyer, only need to know the law. Please understand that he is supported by lawyers who know the law. Swamy is NOT a lawyer of the court. He is arguing as a citizen. He has done so before the Supreme Court and high courts of Delhi, high courts of Madras (Chennai now).

This is listed before courts as per roaster -- Hence no question of waste of time -- If this is frivolous, courts can reject it outright

The law states that , India does not offer dual citizenship. Hence if proven that Rahul holds a secondary citizenship with an alias he will have to give up either his Indian passport or his foreign citizenship. He cannot keep both , this is why this has been brought to court .

Any candidate contesting to be a member of the Parliament or for any high office needs to sign a sworn affidavit as part of the application process that they were not the citizen of any other country than Bharat, whether now or in the past.
