GREAT , really I got my self answer and further action plan from your motivation. Same happened with myself just before 4 years in my office. I was very confident and popular with my job But due to some unwanted changes and pressure from management which I could not understand . I tried my best to overcome but They didn't given me any support for same and continuously they put me in pressure, AS YOU EXPLAINED I LOST MY CONFIDENCE AND GOT EVERYDAY PANIC. Since 3~4 years I am in this disorderness. But now this topic given me new thoughts for my further action plan. Big thanks
