Boil soya chunks
Rinse and squeeze the soya chunks
Add 1 cup Boiled Soya chunks in mixer jar
Add ½ cup chopped Cabbage in mixer jar
Add 6 garlic cloves in the mixer jar
Add half inch ginger
Add some coriander leaves
Grind coarsely
Add the mixture in the bowl
Add 1 tbsp Corn flour
Add 1 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)
Salt to taste
Add 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
Mix them well
Make them in small sized ball shape
Heat oil
Add the balls in the hot oil
Fry in medium flame until golden brown
The balls are ready, let's proceed to make the Manchurian gravy
Add 2 tbsp Oil in Kadai
Add 7 to 8 chopped Garlic cloves
Saute well
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander stems
Mix them
Add 2 cups of Water
Add 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
Add 1½ tbsp Tomato ketchup
Add 1 tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
Make slurry with 1 tbsp Corn flour and 4 tbsp of water
Add the slurry in the gravy
Mix well
Let it boil
Add Manchurian balls
Add 2 tbsp of White Sesame seeds
Mix well
Let it cook for a minute
Serve the tasty Soya Manchurian, enjoy!
