Ingredients:
For Tari's Kala Masala:
3 tbsp Oil
50 gms Dry Coconut
2 no Onions Roughly Chopped
1 tsp Khas Khas
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
1 small Cinamom Stick
1 Black Cardamom
5 no Cloves
5 no Black pepper
For Tari:
6 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera
2 no Bayleaves
1 no Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Podwer
1 tbsp Cumin Coriander Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Regular
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Onion Garlic Masala
2 tbsp Besan
1 cup Boiled Desi Chana
Chana Water
Salt as per taste
Coriander Chopped
4 tomatoes
1 small piece Cinamom
2 Cloves
4 to 5 Black pepper
2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
2 tsp Sauf
For Poha:
250 gms Poha
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Sauf
1/2 tsp Hing
6 to 7 Green Chillies
Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 cup Peanut
2 no Onion
Salt as per taste
Coriander finely chopped
Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
