This guy is god. His explanations on why certain ingredients need to be added are simply appreciative as they can be applied to other dishes as well. I tried this dish and family loved so much. Mam correct..because urad namak ke sath mix hone ke bad water release karta hai...to urad ka koi bhi item bnane wakt agar usme namak add karna hai..to use pakane se just pahle namak add kijiye.. and Sir apki receipe humesha gajab rahi hai .and ur way of talk and explanations is too good and clear
