Hi bristi we call it as khara kadubu n we use Moong Dal ,some time we mix both ,healthy recipe.n we add onion also.

Hi dear, here we call it as 'Khara kadubu' in kannada. But we use all 4 types of dal for stuffing. Thanx for sharing. We do the rice dough in a bit different process. At what time u wake up in the mornings?? To do all the recipes for lunch boxes....

Bristi मे आपके व्हिडिओ हर रोज रात को 8:00 बजे देखते हो आप बहुत बढिया तरीके से व्हिडिओ बनाते है आपकी रेसिपी बहुत अच्छी रहती है मैं व्हिडिओ मुंबई के वाशी से देख रही हू आपके एक भी व्हिडिओ में कभी मिस नही करती मैने अपना यूट्यूब चैनल खोला है जो मराठी मे है लेकिन मुझे इतना अच्छे view नही आते आप व्हिडिओ क्रोम से डालते हो या यूट्यूब से डालते हो इसका जवाब मुझे जरूर देना.

Main jharkhand bihar se hu isse hmlog bagiya bhi kahte hai. Apka ye khasiyat bahut acha lagta mujhe ap ghar ka khana batati hai. Jo hm normal khana khate hai..... ye mujhe bahut pasand hai

Today i prepared gatte ki sabji . Completely followed your process . My parents loved it. My daughter also. My younger sister she never like besan at all in any foam of cooking she also liked very much. In Odishi gatte ki sabji Completely use different method of cooking. One of my elder sister also followed you.

Hi dear, here we call it as "Sijha monda pitha" in odia. We use soaked Moong dal , soaked Channa dal , finely chopped vegetables for diabetic family members . (Black gram with jaggery)(greated coconut with jaggery ,black pepper powder, green cardamom);(roasted flax seed powder with jaggery) for non diabetic members. We do the rice dough by cooking process.

बृष्टि जी, हम यूं.पी. के लोग इसे फरा ही बोलते हैं। मगर हम लोग इसे सूजी से बनाते हैं। इसके अन्दर चने की दाल के। बजाय धुली उड़द को भरते हैं, व गुझिया की तरह पूरी बन्द कर देते हैं। इन्हें स्टीम करने के। बजाय उबलते हुए नमकीन पानी में डालकर पकाते हैं। फिर पक जाने पर और ठंडा हो जाने पर उसके पतले पतले स्लाइस काटकर फिर तड़का लगाते हैं। इससे वह देखने में भी सुन्दर लगते हैं, और ज़्यादा crispy भी होते हैं। कभी वैसे भी बना कर देखियेगा।

we call it gojha in our village. We also prepare it with wheat flour and stuffed with a mix of chana dal and split urad dal with skin i.e. chhilke wali urad dal. We also add a few garam masalas like moti elaichi, laung and dalchini besides the ones you have used. Steaming process is the same and the accompaniment (chutney) is also the same.

हमारे यहाँ फरे बोलते हैं। आटे के ( या मेरे समधियाने में सूजी के) बनते हैं तो पानी में ही डाल कर 8-10 मिनट के लिए उबाल देते हैं। फिर या तो ऐसे ही = पानी के सहित घी डाल कर , नींबू के खट्टे अचार के साथ खाते हैं। या पानी से निकाल कर, छौंक कर। Now I'll make with rice flour, like in your recipe, my husband will like it. Aur iske sath chutney bhi banaungi. Tasty and healthy recipe. 😊

ऐसा फरा पहली बार देखा!छत्तीसगढ़ मे सिर्फ चावल के आटे का बनाया हुवा!भाप मे पका कर बघाराहुवा देखा है!यह सम्पूर्ण लगा चना दाल के मिश्रण से भरा हुवा प्रोटीन युक्त!😋और भी प्रकार के बनते होंगे शायद!मैंने देखे ना हो!🤔🙏❤

Hum urad ki daal aur aatey se banatey hain, steam karna better option hai, kyonki hum isko boiling water mein cook kartey hai jiske karan woh soft ho jaatey hain this is better option...tfs😊

Bilkul kacchi nahi hoti..ye traditional recipe hai..perfectly steam hoti hai ..idly bhi to steam hoti hai kya kachhi rah jati hai.
