आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है हलवाई वाली उरद दाल इमरती की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे बाजार जैसी इमरती/जलेबी बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट कुरकुरी इमरती और मसाला किचन की मिठाई रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाहर से क्रिस्पी अंदर से रसभरी इमरती रेसिपी | बाजार जैसी जलेबी/हलवाई जैसी जलेबी बनाने की विधि | भोग की इमरती/जलेबी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी व कुरकुरी जलेबी रेसिपी | 15 मिनिट में इमरती/जलेबी बनाने का आसान तरीका | शादियों वाली इमरती/जलेबी/सुबह का नाश्ता/इंस्टेंट इमरती/जलेबी/हलवाई जैसी जलेबी/मार्किट स्टाइल जलेबी/बाजार जैसी जलेबी/इमरती रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Urad Dal(उड़द की दाल) - 1+¼ Cup/250 Gram
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Tandoori Color(तंदूरी रंग) - Some
For Sugar Syrup:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 1-2
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* Food Colour(खाने का रंग) - Some drops
RECIPE:
For Sugar Syrup, Take a pan & put Sugar, Water, Cardamom in it. Keep the pan on the gas & cook it. Put Saffron in it & cook it until it becomes sticky. Turn off the flame.
For Batter, soak some Urad Dal for 2-3 hours. Grind it and make a fine paste by adding some water. Then take out the batter on a plate and whisk it with palm and make it fluffy. Put some Tandoori Colour in the batter and mix it well. Take a cone & put the mixture in it. Keep kadhai on the gas & put Oil/Ghee in it. Make Imarti in it & keep the flame slow as shown in the video. Then after 1 min turns the Imarti and fry it. Take out the Imarti & put it in the Sugar Syrup then after 1-2 min take out it on the plate. In the same way, make all the Imarties. Serve it & Enjoy it.

Jalebi should be properly fried, it happens when it is not cooked from inside. Use syrup at room temperature, take it out immediately from sugar syrup,

पूनम सिस मैंने कल घेवर बनाया बन तो गया पर बहुत परेशानी हुई।घोल नीचे सेंटर में जाकर जम जाता था। हर बार तली में से छुड़ाने में बहुत परेशानी हुई प्लीज़ बताएं कमी कहां रही ऐसा क्यों होता है। जल्दी बताएं ताकि फिर से बना सकूं
