When I had went for a trip to Vizag I first tasted this puri bhaji.....its was served as breakfast every morning and is an epitome of how simplicity can be outstanding.... The moment I saw ur thumbnail it took me right back to those memories... ❤

This was my late grandfather's favorite dish. He had a favorite brunch place in Yangon that he'd visit that served a version of this and translated the newspaper headlines and articles to the best of his abilities for his Indian friends there whenever he dined. He was a bit of a polyglot. Thanks for the recipe. I can finally make it in his memory for the anniversary of his passing.
Kunal, this aloo sabzi is my mom's recipe (I am from Agra) I have learnt this from her and cook this in Bangalore. Trust me this tastes heavenly and nothing beats it

i love puri so much even i love to cook as well and the first thing i learnt in cooking was frying puri and at that time I was just 10 years old and i burnt my self . Because I was doing it alone without my mom's permission I still have the burning mark on my body LOL 😁. A wonderful memory
Yummm. In my childhood days when I was abt 5-6 years old whenever we had aloo poori i used to love to spread out a chatai n sit on the floor and eat. It made me feel like I was having a complete Hindu meal. I am a Parsi so this aloo puri was rare and like a happy time dinner for us once in a while.
When I'm a kid I'm going to my hometown by train. I start journy from Allahabad to Odisha. I feel hungry at night I have 15₹. Train stop in a station there is a old lady selling alu bhaji puri 5₹ plate 8 puri and free bhaji. At day I eat 2 Play 1 time. More then my capacity. It more then 10 year passed. I can still feel the tast. It's really great.
Sir I am a family man. Love my kitchen and family. Sunday breakfast is my space and I love Indian nastas, poori, dosa, and parantha are my favourites. I have my own style and flavours and like to replicate too. Your channel provides me that space. Thanks.
