Sirmaur is very productive but neglected by politicians. All politicians had their own axes to grind and swallowed up common people's interests. Sirmaur is good very fertile and rich in cultural heritage with a culture influenced by Rajasthan and Haryana too. I have very fond childhood memories of famous "Nahan Chaughaan".
