Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Kasuri methi1 1 tsp
A pinch of salt
Ginger garlic chilli paste 1 tsp
Hung curd 1/4th cup
Live charcoal + ghee
Oil as required for cooking the chicken
