Ingredients :
Oil : 2 tbsp
Desi ghee : 2 tsp
Paneer : 500 gm
Tomato : 4-5 medium
Poppy seeds :1 tbsp
Melon seeds :1 tbsp
Cashew :10-12
Turmeric powder : 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt :1 tsp or to taste
Sugar : 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi / Dry fenugreek Leaves : 1 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Dry Spices:
Dried red chilli : 4
Bay leaf : 3
Black pepper corns: 10-12
Cumin seed : 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick : 1/2 inch
Clove : 4
Green cardamom: 1
Black Cardamom: 1
