जप विधि : : तन - मन से पवित्र होकर, पूर्वाभिमुख , पद्मासन लगाकर , ज्ञान मुद्रा में , नेत्र बंद करके , ॐ का उच्चारण उच्च ध्वनि के साथ करने से मंत्र का पुण्य प्रभाव अति शीघ्र फलीभूत होता है।
