Ginger- 1.5 Inch
Green Chilli- 2
(Make a fine paste)
Wheat Flour- 1.5 Cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder- ½ Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder- ½ Tbsp
Ajwain- ½ Tbsp
For a mixture
Ghee- 4 Tbsp
Cornflour- 3 Tbsp
Medium Heated Oil
