Very unfortunate Garincha..We also face in India biasness or partiality of team manager which I can relate the same or more dangerous than racism but one thing I believe bad times don't stay for long and good time comes after that and escalations always don't help to get the solution

Frankly first incident is not racism, its economic disparity. Eta India teo ami sunechi in Bangalore, things like 'you guys hv taken up all the jobs, and our ppl here dnt hv any'. The third incident is also not racism, its abt getting Customers. Recently a video has gone viral on the filthy language applied by a Bank Manager here in India to his subordinate. One or two incidents is racism only, like the comment on the smell.
