Description
1. Hilsa fish:
2. Salt: According to taste
3. Turmeric powder:
Now mix them well, and keep aside for 20 minutes. Take a mixer grinder:
4. Black mustard seed powder: 3 tbsp
5. Salt Little bit
6. Green chillis: 3 nos
Make a smooth paste. Strain the paste just to take out the liquid part. Take one frying pan and add mustard oil till it get warm. Add:
7. Black cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
8. Pierced green chilli: 5 nos
9. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Add water and boil for three minutes. Add the fishes, boil for 3 minutes, add little salt, now add mustard powder paste, again boil for 3 minutes, add thee green chilli, again boil for two minutes. Off the gas flame, lastly add 1 tsp mustard oil. Wait for few minutes and serve.
