মেঘনাদ সাহা, পূর্ববঙ্গের এক অখ্যাত পরিবারের জন্মগ্রহণ করেও, হয়ে উঠেছিলেন বিশ্বপ্রগতির এক অন্যতম চলমান প্রতীক। তিনি যে সময় ভারতবর্ষে জন্মগ্রহণ করেছিলেন, সেই সময়ের ভারতবর্ষ ছিল তার চিন্তাভাবনা ধ্যানধারণার সাপেক্ষে অনেক অনেক পিছিয়ে। দেশ তখনও তার প্রগতিবাদী চিন্তাভাবনা গ্রহণ করার মত যোগ্যতা অর্জন করেনি, তবু সেই প্রতিকূল পরিবেশেও তিনি দেশের বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি জগতে যে স্বাক্ষর রেখে গেছেন, তা চিরস্মরণীয় হয়ে থাকবে।
রকেট বয়েজের মতো দুরভিসন্ধিমূলক ওয়েব সিরিজটির নির্মাতারা এই বাঙ্গালী বিজ্ঞানীকে ভিলেন হিসাবে তুলে ধরে যে ক্ষমার অযোগ্য কাজ করেছে, একদিন নিশ্চিত তারা এই বিজ্ঞানের অনন্যসাধারণ হিমালয়-সদৃশ্য ব্যক্তিত্বের কাছে মাথা নত করে সেই কাজের জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করবেন। কালের গর্ভে তারা খড়কুটের মতো উড়ে যাবে একদিন, কিন্তু চিরকালের জন্য ভারতবাসীর মনের গভীরে থেকে যাবেন বাঙালি বিজ্ঞানী মেঘনাদ সাহা।
