Both Canada and Germany are great for education. One would prefer Germany because there are no tuition fees. However, it is harder to get into German universities because for English language courses, you have limited seats, and most are of restricted admission. The biggest hurdle of Deutschland is it's language barrier and bureaucracy. If you can navigate through that, it will be pretty good for you. If you don't have financial restrictions, Canada all the way. First world nation with no language barrier. If you are a brilliant student, and willing to learn Deutsch, feel free to try for Deutschland.

Daad is a global website where students from any part of the world can access information. But Daad has a separate website only for Bangladeshis, if a Bangladeshi student spends enough time on that website for information, I think there should be no question about study in Germany. The entire website is arranged in such a well organized manner that it is also in the context of Bangladeshis.

The waiting period of Embassy appointment for Germany is right now 19 months. So If you take your appointment in May 2023 you'll face the interview in February 2025. So it's up to you whether you'll choose this path or not. Though this waiting period may not decrease in the next few months. But VFS Global has started it's service in this month. But it'll take some few years to reduce this waiting period.

Not mandatory to manage a subject related job in the period of job searching time...Law was changed long back ....
