An infrared cooker is an electric cooker that functions on the principle of infrared heat radiation. In infrared cookers, the electric current heats the resistor coil inside to produce heat, and then heat passes to the cooking surface, heating pot, and the food on it.
Using your induction hob
Switch the hob unit on at the wall (this may also require pressing a boost switch).
Place your induction pan on the hob ring you wish to use.
Hold your finger down on the power switch located on the appliance.
Start cooking by selecting the sensor which relates to the ring you wish to use.
Adjust the heat by pressing the + and - sensors.
Once you have finished using the hob press and hold down the power button again to turn the appliance off.
