People living in Britain with British passport are British. Which country they came from are irrelevant as long as they integrate with the British society. Therefore, crying about "no Bangladeshi couldn't be a minister in the UK" doesn't make any sense. Because the people you're referring, aren't Bangladeshi. They are British citizen.
