Ingredients:
🔴Step1: Special Paste for Korma
1. Fried Onion - 1/2 Cup
2. Almonds - 8-10 pcs
3. Cashew nut - 10-12 pcs
4. Raisins - 1 tbsp
5. White pepper - 1 tbsp
6. Mace/javitri - 1 small pc
7. Nutmeg/Jayphal - 1/4 pcs
8. Yogurt - 1 Cup
( Make a smooth paste )
🟠Step2: Whole spices
1. Cinnamon sticks - 3 pcs
2. Cardamom - 5 -7 pcs
3. Clove - 8-10 pcs
4. Bay leaves - 2 pcs
🟡Step3: For Curry
1. Onion slice - 1/2 Cup
2. Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
3. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
4. Onion Paste - 1 & 1/2 Cup
5. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
6. Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
7. Salt ( as your taste)
8. Green chili - 8-10 pcs
9. Beef - 1 & 1/2 Kg
10. Add the special paste that we make it in Step 1👆
11. Ghee - 4 tbsp
12. aloo bokhara - 7 pcs
13. Green chili - 5 pcs
14. Mawa/Powdered Milk - 1/2 cup
15. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
16. Kewra water/screwpine water - 5 drops
