Cooking ingredients:
Nutmeg ( জায়ফল ): 1 pc
Mace (জয়িত্রী ): 3 pcs
Cinnamon Sticks (দারচিনি): 6 pcs
Black Cardamoms (বড় এলাচ): 4 pcs
Green Cardamoms (ছোটো এলাচ): 4 pcs
Pepper Corns (গোল মরিচ): 30 pcs
Dry Roast and blend to make Roast masala powder
For 8 pcs chicken
STEP 1
Yogurt: 3 TSP
Cashew Nut paste: 4 TSP
Tomato sauce: 2 TSP
Red Chili powder to taste
Roast masala powder ½ TSP
Ginger Paste: 2 TSP
Garlic Paste: 1 TSP
Cumin Paste/Powder: 1 TSP
Coriander Paste: ½ TSP
Onion Paste: 1 Cup
STEP: 2
Liquid milk-1/2 kg
Kewra Water: 8-10 Drops
Rose Water (): 10-12 Drops
8 pcs chicken
Salt to Taste
Oil: ¾ Cup
Onion Slice: 1 Cup
