Butter/Ghee 2 tsp
Grated cheese 6 tsp
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Mint and coriander chutney 2tsp
For stuffing (potato + veggies + chicken)
2 ea boil Potato
6 ea Chopped Beans
Boiled Chicken (boiled with garlic, bay leaf, star anise and salt)
20g Chopped cabbage
15 gm Chopped onion
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
⅓ cup Chopped Carrot
Tomato 1pc
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
Salt as required
For Crispy Fried Potato
4 ea Potato
Oil 200 mlg
Salt
6টি রুটি স্লাইস
মাখন/ঘি ২ চা চামচ
গ্রেট করা পনির 6 চা চামচ
কালো গোলমরিচ গুঁড়া ২ চা চামচ
পুদিনা এবং ধনে চাটনি 2 চা চামচ
স্টাফিংয়ের জন্য (আলু + সবজি + মুরগির মাংস)
আলু 2 টি
বিন্স 6 টি
সেদ্ধ মুরগির মাংস (রসুন, তেজপাতা, তারাফুল এবং লবণ দিয়ে সিদ্ধ)
বাঁধাকপি কুচি 20 গ্রাম
পেঁয়াজ কুচি 15 গ্রাম
রসুন কুচি ১ চা চামচ
গাজর কুচি ⅓ কাপ
টমেটো 1টি
হলুদ গুঁড়া আধা চা চামচ
জিরা গুঁড়া আধা চা চামচ
প্রয়োজন মতো লবণ
ক্রিস্পি ফ্রাইড পটেটোর জন্য
আলু 4 টি
তেল 200 মিলিগ্রাম
