Ingredients:
1. katla Fish : 5 pcs
2. Salt- 1/4 tsp
3. Pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
4. Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tsp
5. Curd : 1 tbsp
6. Besan : 1 tsp
Marinate the fish pieces. Now make the gravy preparation:
7. Onion : 1 pcs
8. Green Chilli : 2 nos
9. Ginger : Small piece
10. Garlic clove : 3 nos
11. Cumin seed : 1/2 tsp
12. Shahi Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
13. Cashew : few pieces
14. Charmagaj(melon seed): 1 tsp
13. Water : 1 cup
Boil the above for 5 mins on high flame. Now off the gas and let it cool.
Fry the fish using cover and use low flame. After 3 min fry the opposite side.
Now grind the masala adding:
14. Curd : 3 tbsp
15. Salt : 1 pinch
16. Sugar : 1/4 tsp
Add the masala with fish. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 mins on low flame. You may add little red chilli powder to make it little golden colour.
