Ingredients
Bread slice - 6 pieces
Sugar - 1 cup / 150 gm
Cardamom - 3 piece
saffron 5-7 stands
milk - 1 cup
Water -. 2 cups
oil- 100grn
ghee- 1 tsp
Method - in a bowl, add water, sugar and cardamom and saffron stands Mix it properly..
Continue stir it, when it becomes sticky, turn off the flame..
Take the slice bread. cut into pieces and make a soft dough with milk..make it soft..then make small balls from the dough. then add oil and ghee in a pan.
Fry all the dough Ball in medium flame, when it's turn golden brown, take it out and put it into the sugar syrup for cover it for 2 hrs. After 2 hours, bread gulabjamun is ready to serve..gurnish with cruushed dry fruits..
