Dear @skkaysan, To activate the roaming service, you will need your international Credit/Debit card information to fill-up the roaming activation form and also need to submit few other documents. You will need a photocopy of the first 2 pages of your passport and a photocopy of the dollar endorsement page. If you are using someone else's card, both roamers and the cardholder's passport photocopy of the first two pages will be required. USD 1 will be charged in the absence of endorsement which will be updated against the roaming account as advance payment. You can activate the roaming service from our Customer Care or by mail to myroaming@robi.com.bd or from our App. You can activate the roaming in ghana. Dear @skkaysan, From 28th march no corporate sim is eligible for the family pack. That means you can't be added as a child of any family pack by any robi user. If your corporate sim was added as a child member of a family pack before 28th march then you can check your remaining balance from the My Airtel app's "Home" section if your app is updated. But If any individual airtel sim was added as a child member then they can check their voice and sms balance by dialing *121*657#. Thanks for being with Airtel.

According to the rules of the loan, in any bundle or regular amount recharge, if a previous loan exists, it will be deducted first, and the remaining amount will be adjusted and added to the main account. I am using an airtel corporate number, can any Robi user in my family add my number as child account in the family pack? Can I check the family pack minute balance which shared with my airtel number in the My Airtel App? If not then how can I check the family pack minute balance?
Dear @anik.mohajan, From 28th march, no corporate sim is eligible for the family pack. That means you can't be added as a child of any family pack by any Robi user. If your corporate sim was added as a child member of a family pack before the 28th of march then you can check your remaining balance from the My Robi app's "Home" section if your app is updated. But If any individual airtel sim was added as a child member then they can check their voice and sms balance by dialing *121*657#. Thanks for being with Airtel.

In case of recharge based offer, why the loan amount is deducted without the offer being active first.I dialed *141*600# to check if I have a loan but nothing showed up, so why did you cut the money for the loan now?
Dear @ziaulhaque4629, If you have a loan on your number and you recharge to avail of a recharge offer, the loan amount will be deducted first. According to the rules of the loan, in any bundle or regular amount recharge, if a previous loan exists, it will be deducted first, and the remaining amount will be adjusted and added to the main account. However, if your loan was taken more than 90 days ago, you cannot view it by dialing *141*600#. Thanks for being with Airtel.
