In this video I will show how to cut figs and make their kofta curry.Fig kofta ( dumur kofta ) curry recipe is very easy to cook and delicious too.
Ingredients:-
Fig( Dumur ) - 500 gm
roasted cumin and coriander masala -1 spoon
4 green chilli
1/2 spoon cumin
1/2 crushed peanut
2 chopped onion
4tblspoon Bread crumb
2 spoon ghee
2 bay leave
2 dry red chilli
5 cardamom
4 cloves
a piece of cinnamon
1spoon garlic paste
1spoon onion paste
1spoon ginger paste
1spoon green chilli paste
1spoon turmeric powder
1spoon jeera powder
1spoon kashmiri red chilli powder
1spoon Shahi garam masala
1spoon tomato ketchup
1tbl spoon fresh cream
Salt to taste
sugar to taste
veg oil for cooking
