What is the significance of Bipadtarini puja?
৯ জুলাই পালিত হবে বিপত্তারিণী পুজো। এই দিনটি অত্যন্ত বিশেষ। বাংলা মাস অনুযায়ী ১৪৩১ সালের ২৪ আষাঢ়, মঙ্গলবার বিপত্তারিণী পুজো পালন হবে। বিপত্তারিণী ব্রতর দ্বিতীয় দিন পরেছে ১৩ জুলাই, শনিবার। বাংলা মাস অনুযায়ী ১৪৩১ সনের ২৮ আষাঢ়, শনিবার। এই বিপত্তারিণী পুজোর সময় সব কাজ করা যায় না। জ্যোতিষশাস্ত্রে এই পুজো করার কিছু নিয়ম আছে, অনেক কাজ রয়েছে তা করলে জীবনে সাফল্য লেগেই থাকে। তবে এই পুজো করার জন্য কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলা জরুরি।
দেবী বিপত্তারিণী হলেন মা দুর্গারই অন্য এক রূপ । কথিত রয়েছে, মন দিয়ে তাঁর আরাধানা করলে ভক্তদের সব বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার করেন তিনি। বাড়ির মহিলারা করেন এই পুজো ৷
এই পুজো করেন বাড়ির মহিলারা ৷ আষাঢ় মাসের শুক্লপক্ষের শনি ও মঙ্গলবারে পালিত হয় দেবী বিপত্তারিণীর পুজো । মা দুর্গার 108 রূপের মধ্য একটি হল বিপত্তারণী । হিন্দু শাস্ত্রমতে নিষ্ঠাভাবে পালন করা হয় ৷ এই পুজো করলে সব পাপ দূর হয় ও বিপদের হাত থেকে রক্ষা পাওয়া য়ায় ।
হিন্দু বাঙালিদের কাছে বিপত্তারিণী পুজো বিশেষ মাহাত্ম্যপূর্ণ। জ্যোতিষশাস্ত্র ও হিন্দুধর্মে বিপত্তারিণী পুজোর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব রয়েছে। প্রতিবছর আষাঢ় মাসের সোজা রথ থেকে উল্টো রথের মাঝখানে যে মঙ্গলবার, শনিবার পড়ে, তখনই কিন্তু বিপত্তারিণী পুজো হয় অর্থাৎ তৃতীয়া থেকে নবমীর তিথির মধ্যে বিপত্তারিণী পুজো হয়। পরিবার ও সন্তানের মঙ্গল কামনায় বিপত্তারিণী পুজো করেন বাড়ির মহিলারা। ধর্মীয় বিশ্বাস, এই পুজোয় মা আদ্যাশক্তিকে সন্তুষ্ট করতে পারলে নাকি সমস্ত বিপদের হাত থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়া যায় । তাই শহর থেকে গ্রামে বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে আজও বিপত্তারিণী পুজো হয়ে থাকে ৷
On July 9th, Bengali Hindus observe the auspicious occasion of Bipattarini Puja. According to the Bengali calendar, this falls on the 24th of Ashadha, a Tuesday. Bipattarini Puja is observed on the second day after the Ditiya (second lunar day) of the waxing moon in Ashadha, which is July 13th, a Saturday in the current year 1431. According to Hindu astrology, there are specific rules for observing this puja, and it is believed that performing it can bring success in life and protect devotees from adversity. Devi Bipattarini is considered another form of Maa Durga herself. It is believed that worshiping her with devotion can alleviate devotees from all troubles. It is traditionally observed on Tuesdays and Saturdays during the waxing phase of the moon in the month of Ashadha. In Hindu scriptures, Bipattarini is revered for her ability to protect from dangers and purify one's life from sins. For Bengali Hindus, Bipattarini Puja holds significant spiritual importance as it represents the manifestation of Goddess Shakti. Astrologically and religiously, Bipattarini Puja is highly valued. It is believed that by pleasing Maa Adyashakti during this puja, one can find relief from all kinds of adversities. Therefore, from cities to rural areas, Bipattarini Puja continues to be observed as a means to seek blessings for the well-being and prosperity of families and their children.
