This company is full of highly unprofessional employees. Few instance of unprofessionalism are as follows: 1. I did book a trip for ( 11th June to 17th June 2024) & paid a decent amount of advance on 6th of April & after several follow ups , on 15th April I had to collect the invoice from their office . 2. I had a discussion with them regarding flight booking & they confirmed us that they shall book the ticket by 16th Evening. Despite of several follow up they did not book the flight ticket & I had to cancel the trip on 22nd April. 3. Cancellation was done 50 days prior to the trip but as per their policy they put 15% cancellation charges on the total amount . Here total amount means the amount including GST but their highly educated finance team did a tremendous job and put 5% gst again on the cancellation amount . ( Ex:- Advance paid- 40,000/- Total Trip Amount - 89388/- (Excluding flight for two People) Gst 5% - 4469/- Total amount- 93,858/- Cancellation fee- 14,078/- ( 15% of 93,858) Taxes - 704 ( 5% of 14,078) Total Cancellation Fee with tax- 14,078+704=14,782/- Refund Received:- 25,217/-
