প্রতিবেদনে বলা হয়, নগরমন্ত্রী টিউলিপ যুক্তরাজ্যের আর্থিক পরিষেবা খাতের তত্ত্বাবধানের দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। যদিও যুক্তরাজ্য সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে তাঁর নাম আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ঘোষণা করা হয়নি। টিউলিপ এইচএসবিসির সাবেক ব্যাংকার বিম আফোলামির স্থলাভিষিক্ত হবেন।
