Tahle ranna tar adyopanto bole di apnader.
Ingredients:
Take all the vegetables,
Take 4 tablespoon mustard seeds,
4 tablespoon coriander seeds,
1 teaspoon wild celery seeds,
1 and 1/2 inch ginger,
Some bay leaves, (make a fine paste of these masalas)
Take 1 teaspoon panchforon,
Mustard oil,
Salt as per taste,
2 tablespoon sugar,
small amount of turmeric powder,
Water,
I tablespoon cornflour,
1 teaspoon wild celery seeds and 1/2 inch ginger( make a fine paste of it)
Ghee
Let's see the process:
Take all the vegetables.
Cut it and wash it properly.
Take a kadai and add mustard oil into it.
Do shallow Fry the vegetables.
Don't do deep fry.
Add 1 teaspoon panchforon into the kadai.
Add all the fried veggies and then add the pasted masalas.
salt, turmeric powder,sugar and water.
Cover the lid for 15 minutes.
Next add drumsticks,bringals, bitter gourd and cover it again for 10 mins.
Add 1 tablespoon dissolved cornflour in it.
Boil it.
Add wild celery and ginger paste into it.
Add ghee and again cover it.
