At the end of the day they will still do labour since they are unskilled 😅 No direct benefit to Canadian economy. It’s the immigration policy that needs to be changed - not just language scores!

I live Portland Oregon and we have a lot of jobs here, my son sooner turned 16 years old and he applied a job in Target and within a week he got the job. Moreover, I am working in IT and have been living here around 10 years and we are well settled here. I got 2 houses and equity more than 50%. The USA much better than Canada.

But countries have different methodology of calculating unemployment. By Canadian method, USA unemployment will be 5.5%😢 and by American method Canadian unemployment will be 5%. So it's somewhat similar. Housing market in Florida and Texas are collapsing because home prices are so high that people are not able to afford and builders inventory is increasing day by day.
