Koi fark nhin paina without demolition or big monetary disincentives,like fines. A red flagged property will be bought by someone from the same community. There will be some insurance scam run by a member of same community.. Canada doesn’t fully understand the depth and level of corruption.

Can’t the illegal construction or extension be regularized by paying penalty or some additional fees. As such all the government are facing funds shortage and this will help garner additional revenue. Further haven’t the city revised the Floor to Area Ratio as per current situation and housing crisis.
