ਡਾ. ਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਮਾਮਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਨ । ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ Doctorate Degree ਪੰਜਾਬੀ/ਗੁਰਮੁੱਖੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਉੱਪਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ । ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਚੁਣਿਆ , ਪਰ ਛੇਤੀ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਚਿੰਤਕ (Sikh/Social Activist) ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ । ਹੁਣ ਆਪ ਜੀ Full Time ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਚਿੰਤਕ (Sikh/Social Activist) ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ।
