@@mathprof8266 : ਗਲਤ ਸੋਚ ਆ ਥੋਡੀ। ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ student ਵੀ PR ਤੇ citizen ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਆ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਬਸ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਆ ਤੇ main stream ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ unlimited foreign immigration in disguise of foreign students ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ । ਸਿਰਫ students ਦਾ ਨਹੀ refugees ਅਤੇ unlimited tourist visas ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਖਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ। ਆਉਂਦੇ 2-3 ਸਾਲਾ ਚ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰਾ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

I'm no fan of the current government, but in this case they are not wrong. The government made no promises to anyone to provide PR....it's the students who used the study permit to ASSUME they would get PR. Now the supply and demand equation has changed. There aren't jobs for Canadian citizens so why would the government now prioritize students on study permits to provide them with PR? That makes no sense whatsoever.

Its better to buy a flat in Tricity Mohali and find a 30-50 thousand per month job here. Prospects of working Gurgaon Banglore are better than Canada. Poor quality of lifestyle in Canada.

I am of the considered view that Canadian govt is totally wrong Earning money from Students but not giving them PR. Wrong entry of wrong people Giving visa to students blindly No arrangement for housing, jobs for students. It is proposed to adjust all the students who r still in Canada Further provide visa to only which are required for betterment for Canda Not convert Visitor Visa to work permit. Totally Govt is on the failure side.
