Ingredients(સામગ્રી):
2 table spoon cooking oil (ખાવાનું તેલ)
8 - 10 cloves of garlic (લસણ)
2 medium sized onions (કાંદા)
1/4 table spoon salt (મીઠું)
160 gram tomatoes (ટમેટા)
7 - 8 leaves of besil (તુલસી પાન)
1/2 table spoon chili flakes (ચીલી ફ્લેક્સ)
1/2 table spoon oregano (ઓરેગાનો)
1/2 table spoon black pepper (મરી પાવડર)
2 table spoon tomato ketch up (ટોમેટો સોસ)
