Excellent... i tried and i can say .. i almost succeed. done mistake of cooking sugar little late and it turned more brown. when hot doesn't look problem.. but thabdi turned tough when turn cold. (chewy and solid) But i am happy with test... it was as good as available at halwai shop. next time will solve this problem.. thanks for sharing..
